RECORD OF ACTIONS FROM PREVIOUS MEETING

The Record of Actions from the meeting held on 25 August 2017 were received.

 

MATTERS ARISING

Agreed Action Points

·         That staff follow up with NZTA for an update on issues raised from previous meeting.  An update will be circulated via email once received from NZTA.  Action:  Joe Camuso


 

 

BUDGET UPDATE

Presented By:

Resolved:       That the Kerikeri-Waipapa River Working Group accepts the 2018-2019 budget as presented and supports staff to identify projects to maximise the allocation of budget for river clearance works.

Agreed Action Points

·         That staff will email a reminder to the Kerikeri-Waipapa River Working Group in late October with a list of projects that have been identified, and invite the Kerikeri-Waipapa River Working Group to contact staff to report any fallen trees or river maintenance works.  Action:  Joe Camuso/Doug Foster

·         That in February staff will e-mail the Kerikeri-Waipapa River Working Group to advise of any uncommitted funds.  Action:  Joe Camuso/Doug Foster

 

LTP UPDATE

Agreed Action Points

·         Staff to circulate the Haigh Workman Report on Detention Dams along with the Opus and Riley’s reports.  Action: Joe Camuso 

·         Staff to make initial contact with landowners regarding the proposed flood mitigation work at Waitotara Drive and the Waipapa Industrial Estate.  Action: Jonathan Santos

The meeting concluded at 11.55am.
