Executive summary/Whakarāpopototanga
Subsequent to the collation of the council agenda a letter was received from Northland Inc. Limited requesting that council consider the Ngāwhā Innovation and Enterprise Park proposal as a matter of urgency. Hence approval is sought from council to table a confidential item.

1. That as permitted under section 46A(7) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 the following tabled confidential report be received:

2. That this matter be considered while the public is excluded. The reasons for passing this resolution in relation to this matter, and the specific grounds under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 for the passing of this resolution, are as follows:
