Secretarial notes: There is an amendment to the minutes dated 31 August 2023, FNDC mapping for the Waipapa commercial / industrial zone in the Notified Proposed District Plan (Item 3.6): There was a lengthy discussion around submitting to the FNDC proposed district plan. It was decided at the meeting to put a submission through, alongside Fred Terry. Unfortunately, the working group does not have delegated authority to do this, so a submission was put through from Councillor Joe Carr supporting Haigh Workman’s submission. Carried Agreed action points: · NRC has not submitted on the FNDC proposed district plan in relation to flooding. Cr. Robinson will discuss this at the council meeting on 26 March.
Secretarial note: Post meeting correction – NRC did submit on the FNDC proposed district plan – see attached NRC submission. |
