At the October 2024 meeting, membership nomination forms were handed out to attendees. We have received three nomination forms for consideration. We received three nomination forms
1. That Fiona Robinson is removed from the Kaeo River Working Party membership
2. That Thomas Hawtin replaces Fiona Robinson as the Area 3 representative on the Kaeo River Working Party
3. That Nyze Manuel is appointed as a member of the Kaeo River Working Party
4. That Les Jackson is appointed as a member of the Kaeo River Working Party
Background/Tuhinga
Fiona Robinson has not attended any of the Kaeo River Working Group meetings in 2024, nor have we received apologies or communication from her. We have been advised that she moved out of the area approximately 18-months ago. She has failed to respond to an email to the last known email address for her. Members felt it timely that membership was reviewed, and new nominations called for.
